Cancelling an appointment​

We require a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation.

We often have a waiting list, therefore the system allows us to offer your appointment to someone who may benefit from our care.

If the required notice is not given or an appointment is missed without notice, a fee may be applied.

PAYMENT

Private health Insurance

We offer onsite rebate through HICAP’s system so if your private health insurance includes extra’s for Chiropractic, then you can claim at the time of your appointment.

You will required to pay for any gap payment that is due (this varies with different health levels and funds).

Medicare

 If you have a chronic injury/ailment you may be entitled to the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program to assist in managing your condition.

Ask your GP if you qualify for this and a referral letter.

Veteran Affairs Australia

We accept DVA cards along with a referral from your GP.

Payments

We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
